Service

Townline provides business communications software for calls, SMS, email, Instagram messages, shared inbox workflows, and related automations. Customers are responsible for how they use the service and for ensuring their messages comply with applicable laws.

SMS Program Terms

SMS messages sent through Townline are sent by or on behalf of the business identified in the conversation or campaign. Message frequency varies based on customer inquiries and business responses. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Townline for spam, phishing, fraud, illegal content, prohibited SHAFT-C content, harassment, or messaging that violates carrier, Telnyx, CTIA, or 10DLC requirements.
